Haute Fashion: Topshop is Coming to Chicago! From New York City to the Windy City!
The British fashion franchise has decided to open a second location in the United States and Chicagoans are the lucky ones! The first ever Topshop in the states was in New York City and quite amazing with levels of high-end and fashion forward pieces.
If you have never been to a Topshop location, you have been missing out on an overwhelming (in a good way) fashionista’s shopping dream! From whimsical dresses, to detailed sweaters, accessories, and a Topshop exclusive their “Studio” Brands. These brands originated at their London store and are now available for the American crowd.
The Windy City location will set-up on the iconic Michigan Avenue. But how will they fit all of this lust-worthy fashion all into one store? Well, with this store set to be 30,000 square feet, so there is nothing to worry about! Mary Homer who is the Managing Director at Topshop had positive insight on how they think this location will work, “A bustling, vibrant city of culture with a dynamic love of fashion, I feel confident that the local community and tourists alike will be drawn to Topshop and our trend-driven, ever-evolving ranges.”
So Chicago, get ready for some serious shopping coming this Fall! No final opening date has been announced but, when it is the city will know. For now shop online from their U.S. website us.topshop.com.
