Instead of your usual dinner and drinks routine this weekend, break up the monotony with a performance by Atlanta’s premiere collaborative platform for outstanding contemporary experiences, gloATL, as they present “This is a World.” This profound two night experience focusing on the products of global migrations, furthers gloATL’s aim of reflecting on the philosophical natures of contemporary art forms while bridging the gap between artist and audience.
Set in the intimate confines of a nest and exposing the creativity of daily life, This is a World will begin its very limited engagement on Friday, Feb. 4, at 8 p.m. at the Goodson Yard at west-midtown’s artists’ colony, the Goat Farm. With only two performances taking place this Friday and Saturday, be sure to witness this unique event if only to have something interesting to discuss over dinner and drinks next weekend.
