New York Fashion Week: Vanessa Hudgens, Brittany Snow, Kelly Rutherford, and others Attend alice + olivia Fall...

On Monday evening, New York’s elite broke away from Lincoln Center and headed across town to the Plaza Hotel. It wasn’t because they were heading to their own private Valentine’s Day dinnerd, but instead for the alice + olivia Fall 2011 presentation event.

Instead of a typical 15-minute runway show, alice + olivia’s designer Stacey Bendet chose to hold a two-hour soiree for her friends and industry insiders to view her upcoming collection. Unlike Lincoln Center, where drinking during shows is frowned upon, at The Plaza, guests were encouraged to sip flutes of Veuve Clicquot Champagne as they admired the beautiful collection being displayed on elegant models throughout the room. As is typical of alice + olivia, feminine silhouettes and sparkles radiated throughout the room , which was fittingly serenaded by music by DJ Mia Moretti and Caitlin Moe on the electric violin.

Vanessa Hudgens, Brittany Snow, Kelly Rutherford, Kelly Bensimon, Tinsley Mortimer, Minnie Mortimer, Erin Andrews, Byrdie Bell, Johnny Weir, Nicola Peltz, Abby Elliot, Kelly Choi, Lynn Collins, Gabe Saporta, Tika Sumpter, Hugo Becker, Samantha Swetra, Brian Mazza, Imogen Lloyd Webber, Nasim Pedrad, Becka Diamond, Kaylee Defer, Erika Spring, and Haute Living Ambassador Dori Cooperman, were just some of the notable guests who showed up to support Bendet.
