Love at Lucca: Valentine’s Day Dining

The heart of Lucca has always been husband and wife team Elliott and Cathy Pavlos, so it’s no surprise that they’re putting out a spread like no other this Valentine’s Day. You already love their seasonal menu, quick lunch options and more, but for this weekend of romance, there’s even more to love with their Valentine’s Day brunch on Saturday and Sunday and a special menu all weekend long.

The special Valentine’s Day prix-fixe Sunday brunch will be offered on Saturday, Feb. 12 and Sunday, Feb. 13. The three course prix-fixe includes choices such as minestrone soup or their signature Lucca salad to start, fresh linguine, a rolled omelet or pain perdu as a second course and dessert choices. Mimosas and champagne can be added as well as cheeseboards and charcuterie plates for the table.

From Friday Feb. 11 through Monday, Feb. 14, the restaurant will offer its special Valentine’s Day prix fixe, where diners can choose a 4-course American menu or a 6-course European option. Both have special wine flights chosen just for the dinner with Elliott’s reserve pairings among the selections. The menu includes mushroom creme brulée with truffle oil, Black Canyon beef Wellingtons, handmade dark chocolate sorbet.
