For those who want their Super Bowl celebration to be more refined and less rough around the edges, then Rustica’s Chef Renieri Caceres is offering a lunch special Sunday, Feb. 6 for those of you who want to enjoy a pre-game show that’s a little more sleek than even the best Sports Center can offer.
From 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Rustica will be offering a three-course tasting menu with complimentary mimosa with fresh-squeezed orange juice or housemade bloody mary for $23 per guest. The menu (which is sure to be a step up from most other Super Bowl festivities) includes a tasting of Ahi Tuna Tartare, Wild Mushroom Truffle Flatbread or Vegetarian Squash Soup for the first course, Golden Beets Salad, Grilled Free Range Chicken Breast Sandwich or Chopped Hanger Steak Cobb Salad for a second course and Honey Lavender Homemade Frozen Yogurt or Orange Cheesecake Lollipops (pictured above) for dessert.
As with all items at Rustica, the Super Bowl tasting menu focuses on contemporary regional cuisine such as wild mushroom truffle flatbread and honey-lavender homemade frozen yogurt created wit quality, handcrafted ingredients and products — all done in time for you to get home in time for the game and to cheer for your favorite team.
