Haute Event: Steve Madden Makes Special Appearance at Macy’s Union Square

Chocolate, shopping, and shoes are some of the guilty pleasures of many women worldwide. Out of the latter, one of them made a guest appearance at Macy’s at Union Square in San Francisco. America’s number one shoe retailer, Steve Madden, made a public appearance for a crowd of almost 1,000 Steve Madden fans.

From 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 12, fashionistas were able to meet and shop with the brains behind Steve Madden. He wasn’t alone though. MTV personality Julissa Bermudez and a surprise DJ came along to turn up the mood of the event. There was also a photo-op opportunity to take a picture alongside Steve Madden and have a free Steve Madden shirt and tote bag personally signed by him. Many got to win other goodies by the giveaways he had in store for the event. One lucky person got to win a pair of Steve Madden shoes.

As you may know, the Macy’s flagship location at Union Square in San Francisco is not just any Macy’s. In fact, this location has been often compared to more upscale department stores like Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom. known for having some of the most exclusive shoe brand names in stock like DKNY, Michael Kors, Chinese Laundry, and Cole Haan, was proud to have Steve Madden make a special appearance for those who have been long followers of his brand.
