Dori’s World: Simon Doonan’s Art installation, Gilt Groupe’s “In Love with Fashion,” and Party at Avenue

Karen Larrain, Daniel Urezdo and I started off our night downtown at Simon Huck and Jonathan Cheban’s party for Simon Doonan. Somon made an installation out of Diet Pepsi cans, which were turned into high heels. Kelly Rutherfurd, Brooke Shields, Lo Bosworth, and Stephanie Pratt all came to see.

Then we were off to Christian Leone’s party for Gilt Groupe at the Empire Hotel for the “In Love With Fashion” party. Alexis Maybank, Alexandra Wilkis, Jonas Heller, Alex Kramer, Danny Baker, and Karina Lepiner were all there.

Then we headed back downtown to Avenue for Minnie Mortimer’s pop-up shop party with Tim Schifter, Sarah Howard, Ali Wise, Jackie Astier, Peter Davis, Topper Mortimer, Mickey Boardman, Devon Schuster Radziwill, Hayley Bloomingdale, and Winston Lapham. Just a typical Friday night in NYC.
