Actress Jennifer Aniston has reportedly bought, or is close to buying, this four-bedroom, four-bath penthouse in the heart of the West Village, according to The Daily News.

Boasting a baby nursery, two outdoor rooftop patios under a water tower encased in brick and a staircase out of a grand Hollywood mansion, this “Good Girl’s” pad looks more like a castle than a duplex in New York City.

The gorgeous actress will surely enjoy the “Central Perk” of this lush apartment: a master bedroom on the second floor with both a west and south terrace overlooking breathtaking city views, as well as a master bath with a glass shower and gray/black tiles, The Daily News writes.

The apartment, located on Jackson Square where Greenwich Ave. meets Eighth Ave, also includes fireplaces, curved walls and herringbone floors.
