Have a Heart: Wear Red at the St. Regis

If you have plans with your besties Feb. 4 or are just hoping for some pre-Valentine’s day romance with your sweetheart, there’s no better way to spend it than to add a little charity to your outing. Grab your favorite red dress and head to the St. Regis Monarch Beach for their Little Red Dress Cocktail Party (in conjunction with National Wear Red Day) at Stonehill Tavern, where there will be bites and pours all benefiting the American Heart Association.

In support of Go Red for Women by the American Heart Association, Chef Michael Mina of Stonehill Tavern will be creating a special heart-healthy menu and have special rose petal infused martinis. A portion of the proceeds from the signature Go Red for Women items will benefit the American Heart Association and make sure to wear that red, because attendees who wear any piece of red clothing in honor of National Wear Red Day will receive a complimentary rose petal martini.

In addition to the cocktail party, revelers who want to take the celebration further  can visit the Lobby Lounge and to make it a night to remember with A Time for Pleasure, the resort’s promotion offering 20-percent off stays.

The St. Regis Monarch Beach is located at One Monarch Beach Resort, in Dana Point. For reservations or for more information, call Stonehill Tavern directly at 800.722.1543 or visit www.stregismb.com.
