After moving to Miami from London in 2009, Tamara Galinsky opened JetSet Pilates on Nov. 1, 2010, and it is the only studio on the East Coast with the innovative and intense SPX Fitness Megaformer machines. Using these custom-made machines, JetSet Pilates is a revolutionary intense group class program that fuses together Pilates, cardio and strength training to create lean, long muscles, cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility and body composition. With the large celebrity following the Megaformer already has, including the likes of Denise Richards, Ali Larter and Katie Holmes, JetSet Pilates is sure to attract more fans that want to look their best in the city with a year-round bikini season!
