If you are looking to try out Pilates, Brooke Siler is your girl for the job. Having a father that was a track and field athlete, as well as an Olympic hopeful, being physically active was inevitable. Even though she didn’t aspire to be a fitness expert, her enthusiasm and passion for fitness got her noticed. Many would ask her to help them work out and from there, everything fell into place. After 15 years of gaining skills in health clubs, she entered the world of Pilates. She spent over 600 hours under the master tutelage of Romania Kryzanowska, a protégé of Joseph Pilates for over 30 years. Through her hard work and innovative pilates body conditioning techniques, she earned a prestigious citation as one of the top personal trainers in the country by Vogue magazine.
