Haute Event: Mekhi Phifer at Tao, Aziz Ansari at Lavo

Saturday night, Mekhi Phifer from “Lie to Me” was spotted at Tao at the Venetian after playing in a celebrity poker tournament at the Venetian earlier in the day. The actor dined on signature dishes at the Asian bistro before heading up to a VIP sky box in the nightclub with friends.

Over at Lavo at the Palazzo, Aziz Ansari was spotted celebrating after his show at the Pearl at the Palms. Ansari was joined by Dan Levy, who opened for him earlier in the night, and Alan Yang, a writer on Ansari’s show “Parks and Recreation.” The actor drank Jack Daniels and took pictures with the girls at a nearby table.

Also seen at Lavo on Saturday was British boxer Audley Harrison, who enjoyed the nightclub with friends.
