Haute Event: Dita Von Teese Launches My Private Cointreau Coffret
On Thursday, Dec. 9, Dita Von Teese and Cointreau liqueur celebrated the launch of the new limited edition “My Private Cointreau Coffret” set at Fred Segal on Melrose Avenue. The set comes in a bejeweled of box and contains a bottle of Cointreau liqueur, two cocktail glasses and a custom-designed shaker.
“I love combining elegance and controversy,” Von Teese said. “My Private Cointreau Coffret is a marvelous idea, infusing a touch of mystery into the art of making a cocktail. In designing the Cointreau Coffret, I was inspired to devote attention to the most intricate details, and the results reflect my own personal style.” Von Teese posed for photos and autographed copies of her new book, Dita: Stripteese.
