Haute Event: Celebs Turn Out for “Change Begins Within” Benefit
The red carpet glittered with A-listers and big hearts at the second annual “Change Begins Within” benefit celebration at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday. The event, hosted by the David Lynch Foundation, supported outreach for one million at-risk youth suffering from traumatic stress. Celebs and guests started with a cocktail reception in the majestic Great Hall of the museum and moved on to a program by the one-and-only Dr. Oz, as he explained how to overcome stress build-up. The benefit ended with a grand dinner where guests got to chat while enjoying live entertainment from some of the most high-profile guests. Attendees included Katy Perry, Russell Brand, Susan Sarandon, Lisa Edelstein, Kyle McLachlan and Donna Karan among others.
