What Made Him Haute: This 82-year-old built the Playboy empire from the ground up, and is still going strong. Need we say more?

What Makes Him Haute Now: Even though his casino business slowed down considerably during the ’80s and his online casino shut down after a short time, Hefner has become serious about getting back into the gambling business; last Sunday, a Playboy casino was opened to the public in Mexico. Combining the sexy sophistication of the iconic playboy bunnies with the international appeal of Cancun, the Playboy Club offers a full range of games, including blackjack, poker and roulette, among others. It also includes a waging bar, where sports fans can get together to watch and bet on their favorite teams. Additionally, this club intends to be a benefit for the community; the Playboy Club has intentions to become involved with multiple charities, including The Red Cross.
