The personal genetics company, dedicated to helping individuals understand their own genetic information through DNA analysis technologies and Web-based interactive tools, co-founded by Anne Wojcicki has raised more than $22 million in Series C financing. Johnson & Johnson Development Corp. and current investors New Enterprise Associates and Google Ventures led the third round of funding. “We believe this round of financing will help us achieve our goal of dramatically accelerating the pace of research and could ultimately make health care research and health care delivery more efficient,” Wojcicki says.
