Dori’s World: Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Last night I went to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. This was the first Victoria’s Secret show I was actually in town for, and I must say the amount of work they must put into it is amazing. There were performances by Akon and Katy Perry, along with many different settings and sexy themes from sultry, to country western, to the Matrix. It was such a fun, energetic show.

Monica Mitro, the head of Victoria’s Secret’s PR, with the help of Desiree Gruber and Cade Hudson from Full Picture, did an amazing job — great models and a great celebrity and socialite high-power crowd that including Inga and Keith Rubenstein, Lisette Sand-Freedman, Tommy and Thalia Mottola, Kamal Hotchandani, Seth Semilof, Nicky and Paris Hilton, Brandon Davis, Wayne Boich, Stuart Rahr, Russell Simmons, Jason Pomeranc, Just Jared, Vin Diesel, Alan Cumming, Adrian Grenier, Zac Posen, Alexander Wang, Tyson Beckford, Carine Roitfeld (editor from French Vogue) and her son, Sharen Turney, Lauren Remmington Platt, Hellen Mcmad, Noah Tepperberg, Marc Packer, Seth Greenberg, Edward Chapman, Ronnie Madra, Richie Akiva, Mark Birnbaum, Eugene Remm, and David Heil. Great job, Monica!

After the show, a bunch of us went to grab a bite at The Lion before heading to the after-party at Lavo.
