Dori’s World: Last Night at the Boom Boom Room

News | November 9, 2010

Last night Barry Diller and Diane von Furstenberg took over the Boom Boom Room to give a party honoring the artists, architects, and community leaders who fought to save the High Line and turn it into the world famous park we have today. They announced that the second section of the park is scheduled to open next spring, but you can see pictures of it now at www.thehighline.org. We were joined by Phil Falcone, Andrew Rosen, the owner of Theory, Nicole and Matthew Mellon, Paris and Nicky Hilton, Bronson Van Wyck, Celerie and Boykin Curry, Fernanda Niven and Rena Sindi.

Afterwards I went to La Grenouille for a fantastic meal and bumped into Nick and Terry Allen Kramer. Many of my friends went to the annual Guggenheim event like the Macks and the Rubensteins, and others went to the Diesel event at Don Hill’s.
