This year observe Turkey Day “Plymouth Rock style,” with a grand Thanksgiving feast at The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach. As a guest of this magnificent celebration, you will enjoy breathtaking views from your own private oceanfront cabana while munching on delectable Thanksgiving fare from the Ritz-Carlton culinary team. The menu will pay tribute to our pilgrim ancestors with a family-style meal that combines seasonal favorites with an array of mouth-watering flavors from the land and sea.

The appetizers include an autumnal apple salad with apple cider vinaigrette, mixed-seafood cocktail, and lobster cognac bisque with chestnut marshmallows. The main course features meyer lemon crusted cod and steamed clams with butternut squash puree, candied yams, and homemade cornbread muffins. And of course, who can forget the time-honored Thanksgiving Day turkey, complete with bread stuffing, sage turkey gravy, and cranberry and orange chutney? Guests will finish the feast with delicious, traditional homemade desserts, like apple pie and pumpkin pie.
