Haute Event: Dress to Impress III Charity Gala

News | October 27, 2010

On Oct. 23, Dress for Success held its highly anticipated “Dress to Impress III” charity gala at the EPIC Hotel in downtown Miami. The annual event raises money for the Dress for Success Miami sector, which is dedicated to helping disadvantaged and unemployed women in South Florida.

More than 200 guests attended, including Miami Heat’s Chris Bosh and his finance, Adrienne Williams, who was this year’s newest co-chair.

“Plain Jane’s” Louise Roe served as host while Ken Downing (Neiman Marcus senior vice president and fashion director and the evening’s guest of honor) and celebrity DJ Irie led the live auction that featured items such as an all-inclusive trip to the 2011 Grammys and a $5,000 Neiman Marcus shopping spree. All of the proceeds from the evening’s event went directly toward Dress for Success Miami.
