Haute Event: Boston Big Names Turn Out for Trevor Project Fundraiser

News | October 26, 2010

The Trevor Project, a campaign to support and empower lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth who are the victims of bullying and harassment, has been spreading the message “It Gets Better,” with celebrity faces like Daniel Radcliffe and Chris Colfer (“Glee”). Sunday night, the organization threw a fundraiser at ROCCA Kitchen & Bar in Boston’s South End, drawing hundreds in support. The restaurant’s openly gay chef, Tiffani Faison (who we know as one of the finalists on “Top Chef” Season 1, and soon to be on “Top Chef All-Stars”) joined in on the fun with her fiance, Kelly. Massachusett’s Gov.Deval Patrick’s openly gay daughter, Katherine Patrick, also attended the event.
