Minnie Mortimer Kicks Off Fashion Week with a Party at 1Oak
On Wednesday, Sept. 8, designer Minnie Mortimer kicked off the party during New York Fashion Week at New York City hot spot 1Oak. She previewed her spring collection, which features tons of retro glamorous creations. From flowy floor-length dresses to casual separates, her looks are casual while elegant and translate beautifully from office to out-at-night. Lots of celebrity cameos as well including “Real Housewives of New York” star Kelly Bensimon, Ali Hilfiger, MTV VJ Lenay Dunn and director Stephen Gaghan. Fashionistas (and fashionistos) partied the night away with Svedka’s specialty cocktails, Miner Family Wines of Napa Valley, and clinched the night on a sweet note with designer cupcakes from Cupcake Stop.
