Doylestown Arts Festival – September 10 & 11

Looking for the perfect piece for the entry foyer? Check out the local talent at this sprawling show and market, which takes over State and Main streets. Duck into tents to discover amazing wares, then head to the Food Court for sustenance. Looking for some decor for the front yard, too? Stop by the scarecrow-making tent to stuff your work week frustrations into the perfect Autumn accent.

Lansdowne Arts Festival – September 10 & 11

Held at the Twentieth Century Club (a bonus if the skies look stormy), this show has a wide variety of artists on display. If you are feeling creative yourself, partake in one of the classes in everything from Polaroid to plaster. Live music will fill the air, and if you go by Saturday, head up the street to the Lansdowne Farmers Market for some local eats.

Jenkintown Festival of the Arts — September 19

Browse downtown’s quaint streets to visit vendors, listen to live music and nosh on food from area restaurants. The juried art show is sure to have some stellar pieces on display, and the Kids Court will let any little ones with you burn off some steam in no time. Be sure to get a ticket to the Brew Fest, too: an all day sampling of both area and big name brews for $25.
