Four Seasons Chicago Gives it’s Presidential Suite a Haute Makeover
Guests can now pick their pleasure at the completely redesigned top suites: discover the ultimate ‘suite life’ in the new Presidential Suite, enjoy a majestic stay in the Royal Suite, get enlightened in the Author Suite, or experience a crystal clear retreat in the Hotel’s first Hypoallergenic Suite. Created by designer Pierre Yves Rochon, each suite is contemporary and elegant for a fantastic night on the town.
Presidential Suite
The new 2,300-square-foot Presidential Suite on the Hotel’s 46th floor features the tallest hotel views in the city. The suite has been completely transformed with rich hues of green and chocolate brown, and with black and white textiles that accentuate its lake views from every room. Stylish furnishings, each with their own special veneer, set the tone throughout. Silk wall coverings, custom hand-knotted carpeting and modern art complete the blend of classicism with contemporary. The sprawling suite includes three bedrooms and four full bathrooms and features a private fitness room, a spacious marble master bath with a deep soaking tub and a double vanity with flat-screen television, and a dining room that seats eight.
The Presidential Suite also comes with a list of complimentary amenities, such as round trip airport transport via limousine, a 55-minute spa treatment, personally stocked full wet bar, daily laundry and dry cleaning services, in-room movies, daily breakfast and a personal “Compcierge” to set up personal technology needs upon arrival.
Royal Suite
The Royal Suite, with its regal and modern-inspired designs in harmonious tones of gold, champagne and deep eggplant accents, is the perfect backdrop for a majestic Chicago stay. The two-bedroom suite, which offers breathtaking corner views of Michigan Avenue and the lakefront, features a plush sectional sofa, a dining table for six, a wet bar, three full marble bathrooms and a separate vanity and dressing area for the master bedroom.
Author Suite
Guests may get inspired in the newly redecorated Author Suite, aptly named for its collection of books signed by authors who have stayed in the suite or the Hotel. The two-bedroom suite, styled in a colour palette of celadon, pewter and plum, features a king bedroom and marble bathroom, a spacious living room with sectional sofa, a dining room that seats four, and of course, a large writing desk and two floor-to-ceiling book cases full of signed books. With dramatic views of Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan, the suite is the ideal retreat for a thought-provoking stay.
Hypoallergenic Suite
Four Seasons Hotel Chicago has also completed a redesign of its one- and two-bedroom apartment suites for extended stays, among which is the new Hypoallergenic Suite. With beautiful hardwood floors throughout, hypoallergenic bedding, toiletries and shades instead of curtains, the suite is the perfect retreat for those who suffer from allergies. In addition, the guest room, which features stunning views of Lake Michigan, is cleaned with allergen-free solutions, ensuring a clear stay.
