If you’re in the mood for some zesty Mediterranean cooking then try The Med at Media One Hotel. Set amidst spacious and minimalist surroundings much like the décor of the hotel itself, you’ll be served traditional Mediterranean meals with a fun fusion twist.

The menu is full of cute and fun names such as the “So Soft and So…Caprese” a traditional Italian starter of fresh tomatoes and fat slabs of mozzarella. The “Beef Carpaccio ‘Mama’ Style- If Your Mum is Italian and Over 70 Years Old” is another delectably satisfying way to being your meal.  For the main “The Salmon from St. Tropez” will whisk you off to the French Riviera. You must also try the “Catch Me If You Can” hammour fillet which comes with crusted pine nuts, pistachios and a mix of delicious herbs. For more regional Mediterranean fare treat your palette to the “Arabic Mixed Grill” which comes with steak, lamb, chicken, tiger prawn and hammour.

To round off your delightful meal you can opt for “I Am So Hot, So What?” which is, surprise, surprise- yummy mouth watering warm chocolate fondant served with creamy vanilla sauce. Definitely hotly pleased by now with such a delicious meal, so charming is the atmosphere and attentive the service that you will surely be prompted to return especially to pick out some more fun dishes from the lovingly compiled menu of Mediterranean specialties.
