Haute Event: Angel Sanchez and Christopher Coleman Host Nuela Tasting
Angel Sanchez and Christopher Coleman hosted a tasting Wednesday night to show off all the flavors and flair of their new South American restaurant, on 24th street — Nuela. Chef Adam Schop, protégé of Top Chef Masters alum Douglas Rodriguez, showed off his culinary skills with a collection of flavors from across the world that he has worked into each dish. Guests included Susan Shin, Yaz Hernandez, Beto Olivero, Esther Levy and Alexandra Becker.
