Butter Pecan Ice Cream brings sweet nostalgia from over-sized ice cream cones at my grandparents farm. I am thrilled to tell you about this amazing opportunity to enjoy homemade ice cream benefiting a great cause!

Who: I scream, you scream, we all scream for…. Bourbon Butter Pecan Ice Cream!

What: The students of The International Culinary Center with the support of the school’s renowned instructors, faculty and staff will be making and serving world class ice cream.

Where: L’Ecole, The Restaurant of The French Culinary Institute is located at 462 Broadway (at Grand Street), New York, NY 888.324.2433

When: Saturday July 17th and Sunday July 18th from noon to 4pm (until supplies run out.)

Why: Cups will be served for $5 and 100% of the proceeds benefits of the proceeds benefits the National Wildlife Federation’s Gulf Oil Spill Restoration Fund.
