What Goes Around Comes Around …. and Baby it’s Good!

Who could resist vintage Chanel, mini Pommery champagne bottles with neon straws, and DJ Harley Viera Newton? Certainly not I.

Wednesday night, What Goes Around Comes Around and Shopbob.com held an event hosted by Becki Newton of “Ugly Betty”, Melissa George of “30 Days of Night” and “Grey’s Anatomy,” and Molly Sims of “Las Vegas.” The event showcased the store’s newest estate of vintage Chanel.

What Goes Around Comes co-founders Seth Weisser and Gerard Maione welcomed the 200 piece collection of Chanel jewelry and bags from the 1980s and 90s. The swank  crowd of Gotham city’s trendsetters sipped Pommery’s POP Champagne and Rob Abuelo cocktails. Whispers of Coachella circled the air and photographers were thick among the crowd of trendsetting New Yorkers. Passing Kristian Laliberte and Carol Han towards the end of the evening, we heard wonderful notes of the haute festivities to come this summer.
