Peter Som Collaborates with Luxury Linens Brand Sferra

American fashion designer Peter Som is branching out to luxury bed and tabletop linens. Collaborating with Sferra, one of the finest luxury linens brands, Som has translated many of his trademark prints into his new pieces for the home.

Som worked closely with Sferra creative director Aaron Stewart in the development of the line. Although the line won’t be available for purchase until next January, curious fans can get an inkling of the collaboration when Som designs the Sferra environment at the Design on a Dime benefit at Housing Works next month.

Says Som of the collaboration, “Sferra’s tradition of using only the finest materials and exquisite detailing is thoroughly inspiring. I used many of my signature prints from my runway collections as the beginnings of this collaboration. Now my customer can be outfitted from head to toe and from bed to tabletop.

And, if those prints translate to home as well as they do to the runway, we all have something to look forward to under the sheets.
