Gordon Ramsey’s Verre Reopens at the Hilton Dubai Creek
Gordon Ramsay’s signature restaurant Verre at the Hilton Dubai Creek has a new look. Completely refurbished, the acclaimed restaurant now features a Michelin star Head Chef Scott Price, a new menu, and also a very innovative Chef’s Table.
The restaurant’s elegant refurbishment features an illuminated white and glass wall at the entry and an interior styled in monochrome black and white color and accented with silver highlights. In addition, there is a textured white wall panel complemented with sleek black banquettes creating an atmosphere of sublime sophistication.
The new Verre combines its superb elegance with Chef Scott Price’s interactive culinary experience. Diners have a full view of the kitchen, a bespoke menu, and are personally served by the Chef himself at the Chef’s Table.
Price has slightly revised the menu to encompass his unique style with the inclusion of classic Verre dishes: “I am a firm believer in using the freshest ingredients to reveal great flavors, without over complicating a dish. Verre’s tradition of a menu in evolution, marries well with my own style, and I intend to cultivate this each season, while still maintaining some of the classics.” I’m also very excited to introduce Dubai to its first Gordon Ramsay Chef’s Table, where guests can get up close with the magic and passion of a Ramsay kitchen,” says Price in a recent article.
When Verre opened in Dubai in 2001 it became the city’s first celebrity chef restaurant. Now renowned for its faultless cuisine and service, the new Verre is simply a tastier and more elegant improvement from the success of its previous image. A restaurant of class, sophistication, and creativity, Verre is in a league of its own.
