News | April 6, 2010

On March 20, the Jewish Family and Children’s Services of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, and Sonoma counties held its 160th Anniversary Gala and Fammy Awards at the renowned, Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. The organization is dedicated to improving their community through the empowerment of children, families, and elderly in crisis.

Titled, “160 Years and Still Pioneering,” the event invited those in the community to an elegant evening including scrumptious food, a silent auction, and dancing with Pamela Rose and Sidepocket. JFCS’ time-honored Fammy Awards was the highlight of the night as usual; the program honors community members with stories of success and selflessness. Gala Chairs Susan Kolb and Lynn & Claude Ganz, threw an amazing celebration as proceeds went directly into the organization’s directive of helping those in need.
