Rodeo Drive Welcomes Missoni and a Slew of Celebrity Guests

There’s nothing that we love more than the crème de la crème of luxury labels, so when we got word that Angela Missoni was scheduled to host an exclusive dinner celebration on March 17 to mark the premiere of Missoni on Rodeo, we couldn’t squelch our squeals of delight.

Apparently neither could Hollywood’s A-listers. Check out which beauties showed up for the fete:

Considering this list, to describe it as a star-studded affair would be quite obvious. But of course, when creative director Angela Missoni shows up in Beverly Hills, accompanied by daughter Margherita Missoni and niece Jennifer Missoni, we would expect nothing less than these famous faces donning their envy-worthy Missoni ensembles.

Going above and beyond the typical boutique opening—which usually includes standing around waiting for lukewarm passed hors d’oeuvres to make their way around the room—Missoni ensured this was nothing but a headline-stealing first-class affair. Wolfgang Puck satiated the appetites of the luxury lovers with a four-course meal that was topped off with a chocolate soufflé for dessert.

Not forgetting that all of this Champagne-filled fun was actually to mark the opening of the Missoni Rodeo Drive boutique, here are the official deets about the new locale:

“Encompassing 7,500 square feet, the Missoni Beverly Hills boutique was designed by Patrick Kinmonth and Antonio Monfreda, bringing together the spirit and soul of Missoni’s traditional to LA in a creative and unconventional way.  The building uses woven aluminum bands to encase a structure of glass, steel and concrete.  The interior is protected and decorated by its woven exterior in the same way that a body is by the Missoni garment. Missoni’s Beverly Hills boutique is located at 469 North Rodeo Dr.”
