Sinatra at Encore pays culinary homage to Ol’ Blue Eyes, Frank Sinatra, with the only restaurant sanctioned by the Sinatra family to bear his name. The space was created to reflect modern and antique styles. There are touches of Sinatra memorabilia through out the space with an open, airy environment. Hidden within the restaurant is the exclusive dining room that is frequented by high profile guests. The intimate space seats 12 and is decorated with light tan colors and a picture of Frank Sinatra sitting with Steve Wynn. Wynn says, “For several glorious years, I had the chance to be associated with Frank Sinatra here in Las Vegas, and also in Atlantic City. Those moments and memories light up my life, even today. This restaurant gives me a delicious opportunity to share Frank with my friends once more. I think he would dig this place.”
