An Afternoon at the Atelier

The one and only Joan Collins joined daughter-in-law Angela Tassoni Newley for an afternoon of luxury, Champagne, and Petrossian caviar at the atelier of Lloyd Klein (who has dressed many a Hollywood actress, like Faye Dunaway and AnnaLynne McCord). Angela is a New York-based jewelry designer who helms the Tassoni Collection, comprising one-of-a-kind pieces made of precious and semiprecious stones and re-purposed metals that have been featured in publications such as Vogue, W, Interview, and Tatler. Working side-by-side with her husband, artist, and painter Sasha Newley, her collections are available exclusively at Harrods.

On Wednesday, Angela presented her unique pieces to a select few for a wonderful afternoon, including doyenne Betsy Bloomingdale, music legend Natalie Cole, and Britain’s foremost burlesque star, Immodesty Blaize.
