World Trade Center’s Design Firm Closes

Michigan-based company Yamasaki Associates, which was the architecture firm that designed the original World Trade Center, has officially closed up shop. The company was originally founded in the 1950s, and closed on December 31, 2009 leaving behind a not-so-pretty legacy of mixed-up lawsuits and disputed claims.
