Dim Sum Dining: The Haute 5 Chinese Restaurants in Las Vegas
FIN
Last but not least on this week’s list is FIN, an exciting contemporary Chinese restaurant inside the Mirage. The dining rooms feature murals with Chinese themes that are hand-painted on rice paper backdrops, and crystal balls hanging from the ceiling. It’s an intimate setting that is perfect for a first date. This is high-end Asian cuisine with some delightful innovative touches and a wide variety of seafood dishes sure to make your mouth water. Signature dishes include Lobster Tail with XO sauce, Wok-Fried Beef Tenderloin, and Imperial Peking Duck.

FIN is located inside the Mirage, (866) 339-4566.
