From the Asian Noodle dishes to the remarkable dim sum, Chef Simon keeps your mouth watering, drawing from Cantonese, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Szechuan, and other Asian cooking styles. Some of the Chef’s Specials include Pan Fried Scallp in Szechuan pepper sauce, Prime Beef Tenderloin with garlic in black pepper sauce, and the Singapore Style Pan Fried Crab with chili. Zine is simple, but the extravagance is in the comfortable, contemporary ambience. It’s a must try.
