Arguably one of Dubai’s best Chinese restaurants, Shang Palace is an uber-luxurious experience. The décor aims to convince you that you’re seated in a traditional Shanghai Palace. The food matches the elegant surroundings, and is perfect in taste and presentation. One of the best dishes is the crispy duck. Other plates will need to be explained by a readily available waiter. The prices match not only the luxury of the surroundings, but the extravagance of the food.
