Ricky Williams To Host Super Bowl Party Honoring Military Families Tonight

News | February 3, 2010

Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams will support the troops with a Super Bowl “tribute to freedom” party benefiting Helping Hands for Freedom tonight starting at 8 p.m. at club Passion at the Seminole Hard Rock Resort in Hollywood. Miami Dolphins players and former NFL stars are scheduled to be in attendance.

Helping Hands for Freedom is dedicated to supporting military families facing injury and loss, and building a national mentorship program for military children who have lost a parent to the wars. Raised in San Diego, home to thousands of military personnel and families, Williams understands the needs of the military families who risk so much to ensure our freedom.

“I am honored that I was invited to support this cause and intend to put as much effort into this off-the-field as I put on-the-field each Sunday,” says Williams.

Tickets $100 and include an open bar from 8 to 11 p.m. VIP Reception tickets are available for $250.
