Print at ink48 Now Open for Breakfast and Lunch
Amidst some of the new assortment of great hotel restaurants, Print is the latest to open for breakfast and for lunch at the ink48 Hotel. Consultant Adam Block stepped into the role of the restaurateurs he’s counseled for decades, and turned his ambitious project into reality. It also comes from husband-and-wife chefs Charles Rodriguez from Sony Club and Judson Grill, and Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez, who is known for her Indian take-out spot, Lassi (no longer in service). With its crafty mid-century-modern look, the dining area is truly an urban oasis.
