Katie Lee’s Perry Street townhouse is finally online. Represented by Dolly Lenz, the ex-wife of Bill Joel is asking $12.9 million. The pool, however, isn’t much of a swimmer.

Installed by the home’s former owner, the covered pool is currently being used as a storage space in a secret spot under the floorboard. So much for taking a dip.
