This East Village hot spot is perfect for breakfast on the go. Open Monday through Friday at 8 a.m., Momofuku offers pork buns, which consists of pork belly, cucumber, hoisin, and scallions, perfectly paired with a volcano, potato gratin, Gruyere cheese, and benton’s bacon. If you have a hankering for cereal, try corn flake, chocolate chip, marshmallow cookie, or cereal milk. The sweet tooth will find solace in the cinnamon bun pie or blueberry cream cookie.
