Silk Road Restaurant
The newest breakfast spot to hit the strip is Silk Road Restaurant inside Vdara Hotel and Spa. Silk Road exudes simple elegance. When walking into the lounge, you’ll see a white-lacquered map of Silk Road trade routes hanging above the bar with pink couches and free-form curvilinear furniture riddling the lounge. The menu is ingredient-driven, telling a savory story of East and West from the classic American meal–fresh juice, two eggs in any style, choice of ham, bacon, or sausage; crispy potato, toast, coffee, or tea; to the Free-Range Turkey Hash, with spiced Kirmizi butter, and Greek yogurt relish; or the Silk Road Breakfast Specialty, a filling wholesome breakfast that will keep you going through out your day.
