Gearing up for Michael Kors
It’s one of the most anticipated events for members of San Francisco’s high society each year: The San Francisco Ballet Auxiliary Fashion Show. And this year’s special guest designer, Michael Kors, is planning some special treats for the fashionistas. We can’t reveal all the surprises just yet, but just to make sure that everyone’s anticipations remain high until the big event, which takes place on April 28 at Saks Fifth Avenue, a pre-show welcome reception was held earlier this month. The guest of honor was none other than Kors’ mother, Joan Kors. Chef Jennie Lorenzo of Saks’ Fifth Floor Restaurant and Bar prepared the bites, which were complemented by wines from Saracina Vineyards.
