Rao’s is a quaint little Italian restaurant located inside the world famous Caesars Palace. Providing a unique family style atmosphere, Rao’s has quickly become a Vegas hotspot for fantastic Italian pizza and cuisine. In addition to its popularity as a favorite with the locals, Rao’s is also a popular dining destination for a plethora of jet set, Vegas loving, celebrities whom are often sighted sitting on the famous “Pizza in the Park” patio modeled after the beautiful Jefferson Park in New York City. Family owned and operated, the intoxicating menu and decadent style begin to grab hold the moment you walk through door.
Rao’s signature pizzas are claimed by many to be the absolute best in Vegas, and styles range from the Quatro Formaggi, made with fontina, Gruyere, Gorgonzola, mozzarella, and white truffles, to the Salciccia and Ricotta, which is topped with mild Italian sausage, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, rosemary, and extra virgin olive oil. Both are instant mouthwatering classics.
