Picasso restaurant is located inside the world-renowned Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. This triple-A, Five Diamond restaurant is a dining destination you simply cannot miss. The walls showcase original artwork by Pablo Picasso, and the entrance stands as a tribute to the artist with wood beams, terra-cotta tile, and hanging pottery. The menu is inspired by the regional cuisine of France and Spain where Picasso spent much of his life. The cuisine will make you feel like your in France with items like Sauteed “A” Steak of Foie Gras, honey Muscat poached pears with crème fraiche gastrique, brioche and crushed almonds, or the Roasted Milk-Fed Veal chop with rosemary potatoes and au jus.
