Chief Mixologist Alex Day is responsible for the design of the seasonal cocktails. Just like New York Fashion Week, the menu is presented twice a year, one for Spring/Summer, one for Fall/Winter. His S/S 2010 collection has a fine selection of playful bubbly aperitifs, medium bodied boozier beverages, and finishing digestives.

The masterpieces are made nightly by bartenders Libby Ewing and Erinn Ruth.
