Teddy’s Cellar at The Roosevelt Hotel Adds a Wine Bar

News | January 16, 2010

Good news abounds in New York in 2010. Showing up in our inboxes this week were reports that The Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan just added a wine bar to its array of food and beverage offerings.

Teddy’s Cellar, (so called in honor of the hotel’s namesake President Teddy Roosevelt) offers the most perfect ambiance in part due to its prime spot in the lobby of the hotel, which allows for some incredible people watching as busy New Yorkers finagle their way in and out of Grand Central Station. We’ve been told that the extensive win selection and light fare menu options makes it the most ideal place to “unwind with a glass of wine in a relaxed, yet vibrant atmosphere for locals and guests alike.”

The new wine bar is now open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday.
