Sting To Perform for Everglades Foundation Gala

News | January 24, 2010

A-listers happen to be attending this year’s Everglades Foundation annual gala, and their scheduled performer might be the most famous the gala’s ever had. On February 12, the fiesta at The Breakers will see rocker/singer Sting, performing an exclusive concert at the annual Palm Beach party. Sting sympathizes with the Everglades Foundation, as it is trying to save and restore the giant swamp. He actually founded a similar organization himself that has been trying to save South America’s rain forests. Former tennis star John McEnroe will also make an appearance as the master of ceremonies. Tickets will include  access to the cocktail hour and dinner, and are going for $1,000 each.
