Smoke ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last few weeks, Miami will be hosting the 2010 Super Bowl, which means celebs, athletes and sports enthusiasts will be heading south this year to partake in the festivities, glamour and events leading up to the big game.

For those looking to mix and mingle with all the beautiful people, head to South of Fifth hot spot, Red, the Steakhouse. Mixing old-school charms with modern accents, the steakhouse is a scene on to itself, while also providing a menu that’s sure to convert even the staunchest of vegetarians.

In honor of the Super Bowl, the steakhouse is opening a pop-up Cigar Lounge on its exclusive rooftop terrace. Fully stocked with only the finest hand-rolled Gurkha cigars and indulgent after dinner cognacs and liqueurs, the rooftop lounge provides jaw-dropping, panoramic views of Miami’s skylines and beaches. Red’s rooftop Cigar Lounge will be open to the general public from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. beginning February 4 through February 6.

For those who recover from the evening festivities in time to crawl out during daylight hours, the restaurant has also extended its hours to include lunch, opening at 11 a.m. on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday prior to the game.
